The Lady Spartans hosted the first round of the NVC Tournament on Monday, October 19th. EPPJ overpowered the Lady Spartans in four sets with the scores of 11-25, 25-23, 14-25, and 22-25. Senior Lauryn Hoffman led the Lady Spartans with 9 service points with Junior Daydra Zeisler contributing 7 points. Senior Audrey Mohr had 9 kills while Junior Haylie Carson, Junior Daydra Zeisler, and Senior Lauryn Hoffman all had 6 kills. The offense was set up by Senior Lauryn Hoffman setting the ball 77 times for 16 assists. The Lady Spartans will be competing in sub-districts Monday, October 26th location to be determined.
