As part of Black History Month the Spartan Media Class gave a presentation that they put together to Mrs. Kluckman's 6th grade class. After the presentation the student were given a coloring page depicting the 6 African Americans that were talked about in the presentation, including Sojourner Truth, Nelson Mandela, Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass, Martin Luther King Jr., and Rosa Parks, The Media Class then judged the pictures, and after a tough decision, gave the winning prize to Madilynn Nolan. Congrats Madilynn!
