As band parents are aware, the band is set to take a band trip on May 31st through June 2nd. If your 7-12 grader is in band you should have received a letter with an itinerary, and forms to fill out for your student. It is important to get these permission slips and forms back to Mrs. Hausmann ASAP so final payments and plans can be made for the trip to assure everything goes smoothly. If you have a child in 7-12 band and you did not receive a letter, please call the school at 402-589-1333 so we can assure you receive the paperwork.
The band will be going to Valley Fair in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We will be taking a school bus to and from Minnesota. The fundraising we have done in the last four years has covered most of the expenses for the students. They will be responsible for a few of their meals and any shopping they do while visiting the Mall of America. Permission slips MUST be returned to the school by February 7th, but the sooner we get them in the better it will be.
